In any situation receiver is uncontactable, we will always call you for instructions. Under Circumstances both “Buyer” and “Receiver” is uncontactable, and we can’t leave it with anyone. A Re-Delivery / Self Collection will be scheduled.  Every delivery have a grace period of 10 Minutes, our courier allow up to 10 Minutes to reach the “receiver” or wait for “receiver”. Should there be a situation that where waiting time passed the “grace period”, courier will have to fail the delivery. A Re-Delivery / Self Collection will be scheduled.
